more rows archived than purged

Hi

I have archived and purged journals and balances from GL. The number of rows that were archived and purged was around 7million. However there was a variance of about 35,000 rows between the number of rows archived and purged. More rows were archived than purged. Will this cause any data or database issues? If I need to fix it, how do I so
