Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can any one give the name of a Customer who applied the patch 18951631 in order to solve the bugs :

Bug 16610293 : EBS APPS: MEMORY LEAK CAUSING OUT OF MEMORY ERROR FROM MDS
