Unable to find Receivables Journals in GL although we have created and transferred to GL.

Hi, Gurus

Please help us in this issue

The User has submitted create accounting Request for AR Jan-16 period and transfer journals to GL and when we searched in GL we are unable to find any journal for Jan-16.

Please check the attached screenshots.

The first shows a journal entry for an invoice and contains the batch name and when we search by this batch name we are unable to find it.

The second screenshot shows the search process in GL and it shows there are no records.
