Problem with open database after restore

Dear All,

On my productive environment, I have a oracle 12c rac database with asm storage and single physical standby database.

I have to restore the backup of that productive database to the test environment, as a single instance database (no rac, no asm, no data guard)

Restore and recovery process goes fine, but on the finial step when I'm trying to run 'alter database open resetlogs' command I'm getting error.

When I checked the alter log, the is the error as follows:
