Oracle 12c RAC configuration is failing on AIX 7.2 Powerpc

Hi

I am configuring Oracle 12c RAC on AIX7.2, while running root.sh on first node i am getting the below error and node configuration is failed

CRS-4123: Oracle High Availability Services has been started.

2016/12/09 04:55:58 CLSRSC-343: Successfully started Oracle Clusterware stack

2016/12/09 05:03:02 CLSRSC-1003: Failed to start resource OC4J

2016/12/09 05:03:03 CLSRSC-287: FirstNode configuration failed

Died at /u01/app/gridhome/crs/install/crsinstall.pm line 2398.

The command '/u01/app/gridhome/perl/bin/perl -I/u01/app/gridhome/perl/lib -I/u01/app/gridhome/crs/install /u01/app/gridhome/crs/install/rootcrs.pl ' execution failed

Then as per Oracle recommendation edit the /etc/hosts entry as like below on both nodes.
