How to Tackle with defective items which are going to be scrap

Dear All,

We have the scenario that, once the defective items are received then we keep in Damaged sub-inventory later on inspection team will come and check the defective items, after that those items will be put into scrap.

Can anyone please let me know the scrapping process of defective items from depot repair?
