Contract Termination - Validations for Creating a Quote

Dear's,

We are trying to Terminate a contract in Oracle Lease Management by creating a Quote. However before we raise this request can we get all the validations before creating the quote.Is there any specific package to verify the same.

Mostly we are trying to capture all the errors related to Fixed Asset.

okl_am_termnt_quote_pvt.check_asset_validity_in_fa

is giving the error related to Period errors, however error related to fiscal year is not getting captured.

'Quote Effective From date 22-DEC-2016 can not be before Fixed Assets fiscal year start date 01-JAN-2017.'  This errors appears from application, same we want to capture at validations level.
