Setup Archiver between 10g to 11g

I am working through upgrading my environment from 10g to 12c eventually.  I need to setup 11g first, then go to 12c.  So I have 11g setup, now I need instructions on how to setup my 10g Archver to communicate with the 11g environment, to push content over there.

How do I setup the communication between the two environments?  I need instructions for 10g Archiver connection, as well as 11g Archiver setup to accept the content.
