I need help with the account chase wildcard report.

Account chase - Wildcard report:

When I enter the Period, Category and Target account I get a blank report, when I know the account I am looking for has been mapped for all of my locations.  We upgraded our software last year (now on FDMEE 11.1.2.4.079) and I'm wondering if I am not doing something correctly.  I could use this report very easily with our old version.
