Reserved msr's can't be processed further.

We have particular batch of MSR's, via an interface, that are reserved but we can't process them any further. All data attributes are exactly the same as prior and post msr's. It's just this one particular batch of msr's. We are on version 9.2.005 tools 8.53. Has anything ever come across something like this or can point me in some direction? I can't return them to a prior state or put them on a pick plan...etc. The demand comes up in the search results when looking for orders to process yet in_ful_rls runs and says no rows to process. Thanks.
