Distribution - JDE1 (MOSC)

Date is in this year by prior month pbco Error

We have over 300 invoices that didn't post, while others did.  The error is Date is in this year by prior month (PBCO) - however, the only date that is in 2016 is the order date.  Is there something else I should be looking at?
