HFM Dataform Ondemand rule not getting triggered

Hi,

We have an issue with an on demand rule in one of the dataform. We have an on demand rule to clear a dataform whenever is needed. But that rule is not getting triggered. We checked the rules file and it is exact replica from Dev. But in dev, we are able to trigger that rule. However in Pre-Prod, its not working. Do you have any idea why this rule is not working? Are we missing anything? Even the security looks same as Dev. Your help is greatly appreciated.
