Capabilities of Timecard Automation
Would like to use Timecard Automation to calculate OT. Employees can work in 2 different Unions on the same day, and each Union has it's own set of rules. For e.g., Union 1000 pays OT on hours in excess of 8 per day, and Union 2000 pays OT on hours in excess of 8 per day. Can the two different set of rules be applied to the same employee based on the Union Code on the TCs?
