CRM Teleservice - Dashboard Variable not refreshing automatically
Hello,
We have a variable on our CRM Teleservice - Dashboard which does not refresh automatically even though the system profile Customer Care:Permit the Dashboard to be refreshed automatically.is set to Just In Time -Full
Case workers have to click the refresh button before the dashboard variable displays the most up to date information.
Is there any way for this to be further automated to refresh on first accessing the Contact center dashboard.
