Tax Rate Area with N Line Type

Hi All,

I try to place Sales order with Tax Rate/Area in JDE E1 for Non stock item with line type N,but unable to identify the flow and handling of Tax Rate Area with N Line Type.

Please provide the solution or any document which is helpful to understand Tax Rate Area with N Line Type.
