Facing issue while trying to customize Oracle Online Help (iHelp)

Hi All

As part of customer's requirement, we need to add some custom help documents to the online help available for iSupplier portal (Please see the attached screen shots)

I understand that the online help is configured using the Help Administration forms available under System Administration responsibility.

In order to achieve the requirement, I have tried various options but none of them are working. Below is a list of options which I have tried and the issues I am facing.

1) I cannot find the help tree for iSupplier Application (POS) when I search on the Help Builder form. From what I understand, I will need to be able to search for this tree, in order to add my custom help documents for iSupplier
