Siebel Loyalty engine and SBL-SVR-01069 error

We have implemented Siebel Loyalty on 8.1.1.10 [23021] . The implementation does not use the ApptBook component. There are also no service regions defined. There is a batch job that runs at almost every hour that populates contacts and members from external sources to the Siebel Loyalty application. At times this job gets queued and only restarting the component solves the issue. The WFProcBatchMgr logs have mention of 'SBL-SVR-01069: This component is using unique keys and it is trying to register an existing key (crmap1:1)' .

Wanted to know if anyone else have experienced this issue and resolved the issue permanently without the stop gap arrangement of restart of components
