Assignments in PERWSHRG Read Only

All, I have had some excellent help from Debojyoty and MISASAKI with making changes to PERWSHRG in the recent days.

I am most grateful.

So basically I have 1 responsibility the needs to be able to input into the Front Screen (Employment, Office Details etc) to PERWSHRG

Via Task Flows & Forms Personalizations I have granted this responsibility access to Assignments and greyed out access to all the tabs with the exception of Supervisor. REALLY HAPPY!

However, to make this 100% watertight, I would like to make the Upper Part of the Assignments Form read only.

This is the Part that in the UK shows:
