MSCA with Quality Collection

Hoping this is the correct forum...

Looking to utilize MSCA for Quality Collection plans. Created a plan...can see it in the MSCA application. However there doesn't seem to be a way to save the record? In other MSCA applications such as WIP or Inventory transactions there is a save capability. All we see in the plan is a next record option.

Can someone shed some light on this?
