Wrong On-Hand quantity

Hi Guys,

for an item i discovered using Item availability, that there's On Hand quantity = 1 and Available = 0.

This is wrong as should be 0 quantity as on hand and available.

Looking the item ledger, seems that an SU order didn't updated the inventory (no transaction on item ledger) but is fully processed.

How i can handle this situation in order to have the correct on hand quantity?
