Not able to launch Localweb on Fat client after installation

Hi Team,

We installed E920 DV package on Fat client and local web on the same after installation of required 32 bit JDK and weblogic.

However the localweb is not launching on some of the Fat clients. On some Fat clients the localweb is working without any issues even though same process was used for installation.

PFA the log file of localweb install and screenshots.

Please advise.
