Only 'error' showing only spares management

Hi Team,

Not sure what setup is missing however I am facing the below error when I it Quick order option. I followed the KB article also however everything is fine as mentioned in the article.

Please review my below screen and advice.

Please advice if we need to make the sequence method as 'NULL' instead of 'Automatic' against the order type which we are using for the ISO?
