I have a serialized item with multiple errors. We cleared the first error, but the second error is

We are running 11.5.10.  We have an item that errored on initial sale and each repair transaction thereafter.  The WIP failure error is looking for information from the initial error (which is now gone).  Resubmitting the error hasn't cleared it.  There are 3 stacked errors in this condition.

Any thoughts on how to clear these errors?
