AIP Standard Implementation (ASI) toolset

In the AIP 13.0.1 TOI, there is a mention of the AIP Standard Implementation (ASI) toolset. The said toolset contains flows that guide implementers through the decisions necessary to install and configure AIP. Are there versions of ASI released for v14/15/16 as well?

Does anyone have the link or know where I get them? I tried searching for it in My Oracle Support site but couldn't find it.
