R12 Quotes can book without acceptance?

Hi,

I have a question regarding creating quotes and sales orders. We recently switched from R11 to R12 and it seems that the quotes functionality is changed or I'm missing something in setup steps.

In R11 release when we create a quote it was in status 'Draft' and the button 'Book' was disabled. In R12 release when we create a quote it's in 'Draft' status but the button 'Book' is enabled. Naturally when you click on 'Book' the quote becomes a sales order without negotiaion steps.

Can someone help with some pointers what I'm missing?
