How to change HFM single sign on to application login?

Hi all:

I am kind of new to HFM. Our version is 11.1.2.4.0.79

Currently we are using single sign on with active directory. So, when user login to hyperion, the login credential they use is the same credential they use for when they login to their computer. Now, there have been so many issues going on with this single sign on login and we want to change it to be able to create the user login through the hyperion application itself and user will not depend on active directory. How can this be achieved? I am trying to also find some documentation on this. Gurus, please advise. Thank you.
