Active DataGuard / Physical Standby

Hi,

Is there a way to monitor and handle the start and stop and Switchover / Failover operation of Active DataGuard / Physical Standby using GUI feature of Oracle?

If there is anyway we can handle these operations using GUI, please share the note or steps to implement it.
