OPM Quality Sample disposition is not triggering ERES process

Hello,

I performed all the required AME setups for transaction type "GMD ERES Sample Disposition" but still when I perform sample disposition from Quality Manager responsibility it is not triggering ERES process. After clicking on change disposition and click OK it is automatically changing disposition to Accept and lot status to release without asking for e-signature.

Can someone please help me troubleshooting this issue. What are the setups that I am missing here?
