Applying October PSU to a two node 12.1.0.2 RAC, datapatch won't work

I'm trying to apply the latest October PSU Patch 24006101: DATABASE PATCH SET UPDATE 12.1.0.2.161018 to our RAC 12.1.0.2 Cluster.

Before I go proceed with my actual patching problem, I do have a question already!

Do I need to patch Grid Home as well applying the PSU to Oracle Home?

Anyhow, so I applied the mentioned PSU using the latest Opatch version.

The first thing that really seemed odd is that Opatch is detecting a two node RAC, but showing 2 host names of a whole other RAC.

I am actually on the test environment, nodes (test01 and test02)-> No mistake there... But Opatch claims that I'm on prod01 and therefore the remote node is prod02:
