significance of INCLUDE_IN_SET flag in ap_pbatch_Set_lines

Hi All

can we keep INCLUDE_IN_SET flag as 'N' in ap_pbatch_Set_lines_all table and use the same batch set line for payment process? what is the significance of INCLUDE_IN_SET flag in ap_Bapbatch_Set_lines?
