Journal Entry Attachments

Hi,

Is the below scenario is possible in journal entry form(General Ledger).

Journal Attachment be permanent once the Journal is approved.  Until the Journal is approved, attachments can be added and deleted.

After the Journal is approved, only additions should be permitted in the system.

Please share some ideas...
