Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Are Siebel RESTful API services in IP16 available for Outbound Interface like 'Outbound web Services

HI MOSC Team,

After reading oracle documentation/support web for Siebel RESTful API integration, What I got is that :

Have got some glimpse of how Siebel RESTful API will work/going to work once implemented and their request formats for data, service and workspace object type.

What I felt is that : Siebel RESTful API will function like 'Inbound web services' ( only functionally i mean ) where any external system can Query, Update, Upsert or Delete ( GET, POST, PUT or DELETE – HTTP methods ).

Main question : Do we have anything in place where Siebel can send request to any external system through RESTful APIs
