Cannot extract local database for Siebel IP 2016
I am unable to set up my local database iin Siebel IP 2016. I can succesfully run Generate Database and Database Extract jobs on the server.
When I open Siebel Tools or Siebel Client, I am prompted with "The local Siebel database was not found. Would you like to connect to the Siebel Remote server to initialize the local database?" I click Yes, provide my database credentials, and the process runs for ~15 minutes.
When it gets to the step "Importing user data" it consitently fails about half way through, with a red X next to the step. It then backs out and lets me either revert changes or try and continue when I restart Tools.
