FSA recalculations not using the correct number of pay checks in the plan year

When you enroll in FSA and then hit the recalculate button, the amount shown for FSA elections, either Health or Dependent, is calculating with one pay check less than it should be.  However, the element entry is correct.  Where do I go to fix the recalculation?
