Restore query

Say example we have RAC database called TEST, 3 Nodes 11.2.0.4 db version Customer wants to another copy of TEST Database which is one month older date. We have backups exists

in tapes

Have 2 queries

1 How to check whether backup pieces are exist in tape whether we can able to restore particular time? is there any way we have or command to validate the backup pieces exists and restore will be successful without actual restore.

2 If backup existing in tape we need to another copy in same server database name called testnew. How to restore and rename the database without affecting test database
