P4312 PO Receipts: lock down GL Date?

Is there a processing option or other setting that would allow us to lock down the GL Date on PO receipts? We do not want to allow people to backdate receipts.

I was looking for something other than actual security P00950 settings.... looking for something a little more straight forward than that.
