F0709 Records

I have four records in the F0709 that are affecting my DBA Register (R073062). These records have a Check Control Number that doesn't exist in F0719 or F0618. I only see the records in tables, I can't access them on the web. I think they just need to be deleted but the Check Control Number exists in F07351, F07351T, F073521 and F07353. Is my only option using SQL to remove the records from all tables?
