Upgrade FMW from 11.1.1.7 to 11.1.1.9

Hi All,

In docid 1590356.1 section 2.6 has you remove your existing OPatch directory in $FMW_Home/webtier.

Section 3.4 asks you to use that Opatch.

I ran into a problem with this.  When I needed that OPatch in section 3.4 it was not there.  Nor was there any instructions in-between 2.6 and 3.4 identifying how to get OPatch back.

So I have a few questions.

1. The upgrade process in the doc did not put a new OPatch there.  Should it?

2. I put an OPatch in myself, but the lsinventory still identified the system as a 11.1.1.7.  Should it?  are there opatch commands to tell the inventory I now have 11.1.1.9?
