Siebel Upgrade - Error step 39 upgrep + upgphys Siebel 8.1.1.5 to 15.18.0.0

Hi,

I'm running upgrep + upgphys, but in step 39 it does not find the file rename_new_cust_rep_to_sieb_rep.sql

I have checked that it is not in the folder.
