Oracle application Server random freeze and physical black screen

I'm suffering from random repeated issue , suddenly the server NIC's is unreachable & physical access is black screen (even blade is on the green led) , the only way is to reboot the machine to back to it's normal state , by check /var/log/ XX logs nothing abnormal , the logs show nothing related to this freeze , the case is occurs especially in none load periods (week ends) . the hosting os is RHEL 5.3 & it's operate Oracle application service 12.1.1 , i will update the kernel into 5.11 hope it will overcome this , attached link of sosreport for this blade Sun X6450  https://www.dropbox.com/s/qydy8m6nsjiaser/sosreport-prodapp-217692-7fc3d9.rar?dl=0
