OTM 6.4.1 - WebServices CommandService Outbound and Inbound Sample Soap XML message

in Oracle Transportation Management (MOSC) Question

Hi,

Can someone share OTM 6.3.4/6.4.1 Web Services CommandService Sample working Soap XML messages for Inbound/outbound integrations. We tried various OTM documentation but failed to locate sample XML which can be used. We are on Cloud SaaS environment and seeking to invoke CommandService for data migration purpose. WMServlet is working fine but we need Web Service based integration operational.

We need this for: CommandService and should cover how SOAP envelop should be build.
