AP Email Remittance showing ?? rather than £

Hi

Using Oracle R.12.1.3 and for some reason AP remittance emails which are being sent out to suppliers are now showing?? rather than £ next to the invoice value.

Up until about a month ago, the email remittances which were being sent from AP to suppliers were showing £ (pound sign) next to the value which had been paid but now these emails are showing ??

We have checked the profile option "FND:Native Client Encoding" and this is set to UTF8.

Also checked the profile option "IBY:XML Publisher Delivery Manager Configuration File" and this looks correct too.
