Requisition import for direct item on work order has exceptions

Hi All

I am performing direct item on work order transaction from EAM work order facing issue.

Requisition is not getting generated below error is occurring i checked out the setup that is proper. 

My Oracle Version is R12.2.5 . Please guide me what steps need to perform to avoid such error.
