Raise SR's for CRMOD in MOS.

Hi all, 

WiIth customer actually I'm MOS administrator of CSI 15812972, but cannot raise any SR into MOS. Customer and I had tried several ways to do it, but canot make it.Only choice we have for this product is to call Hub for rasie any situation. 

On recent document How to use My Oracle Support - How to create a CRM On Demand Service Request(SR) (Doc ID 2200856.1)  Is mentioned that process it's similar to any other product, but I cannot select CRMOD service for this customer. It doesn't appear enabled.  We verified with Support, and both of us have Admin rights.  Any insight about what can be happening in MOS ?
