SMTP send mail

we ned help with error when test button:   

Failed to send a test e-mail to 'pepe.lopes@ypf.com'. : Failed to send a test e-mail to 'pepe.lopes@ypf.com'. : 530 5.7.1 Client was not authenticated
Failure during invoke:invoke(, , testEmail) javax.management.MBeanException : Failed to send a test e-mail to 'pepe.lopes@ypf.com'.

when test press SAVE button but do I need restart JDE services?
