Payable posted batch become unposted for X raison

Hi community,

I have a weird case, the batch # 2871885 type # V was posted by the user PLONAN  on 11th of January 20217 (11/01/2017), the job R09801_ZJDE002 was ended successfully, the 13th of January 2017 (13/01/2017), the user send me an email indicating the batch # 2871885  was pending. There was something happened on the system which I don't know, what the status on F0011 changed from D to blank (Pending)

For more detail see my attached file, in the Supplier Ledger Inquiry (P0411) it was clear the flag was "D" (Posted)

Any help I appreciate
