Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. 12.1.3

Apply withholding tax

1. Payment- enabled

i) If invoice is entered and create accounting for invoice , then pay invoice, no withholding tax is deducted.

ii) if invoice is entered and not accounted, then pay. the withholding tax is deducted.
