OEM 13c : monitoring

Hi ,

We have recently installed OEM13 c to monitor databases.  We have around 60 database where we need to configure thresholds.  Is there a way,  that we can define a single threshold to all tablespaces in all database at one place.   For example,  I want a mail alert saying  "tablespace abc has reached 95%".     I am able to do it for individual tablespaces but cannot apply the same policy to all tablespaces across all databases.

Please let me know.
