If you are an EBS US Standard or Advanced Benefits customer and are impacted by the Affordable Care Act Employer Reporting requirements, please be sure to consult the below documents on My Oracle Support which are updated periodically.

Note that the IRS has extended the deadline for providing 2016 Forms 1095-C to employees/covered individuals to March 2nd, 2017 (it was originally January 31st).
