Failure during opatchauto for PSU patch 24433148

I am getting the following error trying to patching oracle 12C on Redhat system with the patching of PSU patch 24433148 to my ORACLE HOME Directory

ORACLE GRID was done first and successful

        ${ORACLE_GRID_HOME}/OPatch/opatchauto apply ${DB_PATCH_ROOT}/CPU/$bundlenum  -oh ${ORACLE_GRID_HOME}

then

        ${SAVED_ORACLE_HOME}/OPatch/opatchauto apply ${DB_PATCH_ROOT}/CPU/$bundlenum  -oh ${SAVED_ORACLE_HOME}

created the following error.
